Users must upload valid, readable prescriptions. If we find that the prescription doesn't match the medicines requested, or is flagged as fake or outdated, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately.
We prepare all compliance documentation for personal imports. However, custom clearance rests with destination customs (FDA, MHRA, TGA). We do not bear responsibility for delays caused by custom queries regarding patient background checks.
